Charles Leclerc agrees that he wants to compete for Ferrari and says he will try to prepare for it.
Ferrari's young talent, Charles Leclerc, stepped into Formula 1 with Sauber this year after winning the GP3 and Formula 2 championships.
Having achieved a successful performance in his first races in Sauber, Leclerc received his first points in Baku and succeeded in entering him first in Spain for the second consecutive time.
Leclerc, who also performed well in the qualifying rounds, has dominated his experienced teammate Marcus Ericsson in recent races.
After this performance, he is claiming that his young driver will pass to Ferrari.
The driver of Monaco prefers not to hide his desire to compete for Ferrari.
"Do I feel ready to compete for Ferrari? It's really hard for me to answer this question."
"When fighting in Formula 2, I was constantly asking myself if we were ready for Formula 1. You do not know if it was until your first race."
"The same goes for Ferrari, I will not understand that until the first race."
"But one day I can imagine being in Ferrari, always dreaming of it and hopefully I can do it."
"If I have the chance to participate in Ferrari, I will continue to work as hard as I can to prepare for it."
